Subclass 888 Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent)

This is a permanent visa stream that allows entrepreneurs, investors and business-owners to continue their activity in Australia after meeting certain requirements. The common requirements for this visa are:

• Must have current nomination from a State or Territory government, or Austrade and the sponsorship has not been withdrawn,
• Have no history of involvement of unacceptable business or invest activities in Australia;
• Have a genuine intention to continue business activities or investments in Australia; and
• Have complied with Australian laws including migration, taxation, superannuation and workplace relations.
